Financial support will be provided to the employee’s family in the event of the employee’s passing within the term of the contract.

Dependents will receive Rs. 14 lakh in support in the event of death while on service. The Gujarati government’s General Administration Department has released a circular about this issue.

As a result, dependant families of Class-III and Class-IV fixed salary employees who pass away within the term of the contract will receive greater financial help.

Dependents will receive Rs. 14 lakhs in aid.

In a circular published by HK Thacker, Joint Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Gujarat,

it is stated that Class-3 and Class-4 employees hired on a contractual basis under the fixed pay policy on regular posts in various State Government offices will receive higher financial assistance up to the amount of Rs. 14 lakhs (fourteen lakhs) until 12/10/2023 or in the event of death after that date.

The rest of the terms and conditions will not change.

The circular also states that all other terms and conditions of the General Administration Department’s resolution dated 20/07/20147 and any other resolutions enacted in this regard in the future will continue to apply.
